If I were to try something for 30 days I would probably try to be nicer to people no matter what it's not a big thing so it will probably stick and I would probably get the same action of kindness back by being nicer to people. Especially in middle school where most people are insecure about things and most people are not completely mature so they exploit these flaws in people to have a bigger impact when insulting people so what I would try to do is be nicer to people what would you do?
Also since that was five sentences I will need to write three more sentences so another thing I would try to do is to get my sleep schedule perfect so I get the recommended amount of sleep for the average person so I could be more productive and do more things in the day because If I stick with my current sleep schedule I would only be up at night.
Good idea Damian. That is my goal as well. Well if you do do that I hope it goes great for you. I think it will be hopeful.
If I were to try something new for 30 days it would be to go to play volleyball everyday of the week for at least an hour and a half. Volleyball is a sport I will never get tired of. If I went on this 30 day challenge it would probably be really easy for me to do because I love volleyball that much. If I had more time, I definitely would go to the gym and play volleyball every single day of the week. It's kinda hard to go from track after school, then to dance and then to volleyball. Every Tuesday and Thursday that is my schedule. I wish I had more time for the sport I love most. This summer, I will complete this 30 day challenge.
I love this challenge! I would definitely want to play volleyball everyday! I agree I never get tired of volleyball no matter how much we play it! I'm sad our season is over, but we still have volleyball camps in Lincoln! Can't wait to keep playing with you though out high school!
I think this challenge is good for you because I know that you can do it. Your really good at volleyball so it won´t be hard for you at all. Good Luck Raegs!
If I could try something new for 30 days it would be to golf every day. It's a game that I really enjoy, but I don't do it very often and I'm not very good at it. I want to play golf in high school, but where I'm currently at in the sport I doubt I'll be good enough to. I want to spend a LOT of time this summer working on my golf game. I think if I golf almost every day for 30 days and practice with a purpose then I can get exponentially better. I might not become Jordan Spieth but I at least want to be able to make freshman golf team. I'm going to make a commitment to golf almost every day this summer and work on my game. I think that if I put my mind to it I can get way better.
Golfing is pretty fun it can get boring after playing it to much. I would try this challenge just to get better at golf. Practicing golf is good for your success in golf. I hope you make it on the golf team in school. Maybe then you will become the next Jordan Spieth.
Good job, I think that is a pretty good goal. Golf is pretty cool. I think you are pretty good at golfing. I wonder when golfing was invented. I wonder if Hamilton ever played golf. You are definitely going to get better.
I think that for the next thirty days I will try to eat 2 oranges. I love oranges very much. Oranges are the best thing in the world. Oranges give me energy to finish my day after my lunch. I also think they give you an extra boost of focus. If this was my challenge I could beat it every time. If you think I should do this comment on my post. I think that I would want to do this more and more every time I complete one.
I think it's great that you love oranges so much.
I would try and go to a sporting event for 30 straight days. This would be awesome to see all of those games. I can't even begin to tell you how exciting that would be. I would try to make basketball games the most. I would try it in Florida so I see better competition. I will try this so I can say I have. The thing that would be the best was watching professionals. BALL IS LIFE!!
If I had to do something for 30 days would probably be running 3 miles every day. It would help me be fit and something to do instead of watching T.V. so I so I don't need to be working hard to keep up with the game during sports. It would help with other things also because staying active makes you feel alive and feel like a better person. The best thing is when you run with your friends and then at the end stretch you make a sprint and then beat them to give you even more confidence then what if thought you even had. So even if your not feeling so great you can feel better by keeping you body active and by staying active you will need to eat healthy. So if you are going to do something for 30 days I would pick this over and over until is is a daily habit. So I hope that you will pick to run 3 miles every day for 30 days.
Good Lane. You will be very fit and healthy. But I know you Lane you are fast and can at least run 5 miles because you are really fast. If you are going to run 3 miles stay hydrated and get rest. Great story!
If I were to change something in my life for 30 days, what would it be? Would it be a big change, or a small, easy-to-continue one? Well, I don't know how you would consider this, but I've always wanted to skydiving(especially since I'm afraid of heights). I think it would be a nice rush, I mean, you're jumping out of a plane with a parachute, going like 100 miles an hour straight down until ya pull the cord, straight into a body of water. I know it won't really go well, jumping out of a PLANE for 30 days straight. But, I think it'll be a nice rush. You can't do the same thing as everyone else every single day of your life. Well, you can, but that's boring
good but you don't land in water(it' more like the pavement),but I want to skydive to.
If I were to try something for 30 days it would be traveling to different countries. If i could go to a country ever 2 days that would be awesome. I could try all of the new food and all of the different things there. All the different people you could meet. All the things i could get and take home would be awesome. I could send post cards back to my family would be cool to look at. The plain rides would be awesome. Every thing i could do would be awesome.
If I were to try something for 30 days it would be to take a picture everyday. It seems pretty simple, which I think is a good thing. Simple is sustainable, right? I also love photography so I think that challenge would be perfect for me. When I look around when I´m standing outside I see so many beautiful things. Taking pictures of them from a different perspective could be really cool. Taking pictures is like capturing moments, and holding onto them. I would look back at the photos and remember everything that happened when I was standing in that place. Often I find it hard to even remember yesterday, or last night. Pictures can also tell stories. Seizing the perfect moment in the perfect place will let the people who look at your photos feel something. Like they were there at the same place you were.
I agree with you it does seem pretty easy. I hope you can keep the challenge you are very good at taking pictures. You could make everyone in photograph laugh there heads off. Its true they can say a story especially the eyes in my opinion .
I like yours Erin! Capture what God has planned every day for 30 days is a good challenge. Good luck!
I really like your idea! That would be fun to take pictures every single day; for thirty days in a row. You would be able to see what things look like through a lens and see what it's like through a different perspective. Because that's what it's all about! Perspective.
I would totally take the challenge! I've always wanted to do memorable things everyday but never could because there is nothing to do in York. I never knew it'd be fun to go without sugar for 30 days because then it'd feel amazing when I got to eat it again. I don't have to travel to Africa to do the challenge like he did but I could write a novel like him. Just taking a picture of something everyday for 30 days could be memorable because then you'd most likely know what you were doing that day. Some things would be pretty hard, okay most things, but it'd still be fun to try right? I think next month I will start a 30 day challenge. I'll make my list this month then I'll do all of the things! It's kind of like a bucket list except you have a month instead of a lifetime. You never know if something will happen out of no where and you don't have much time to live or you get in an accident. So yes, I would take the challenge.
This is a very good Idea. I am totally considering this! I would love to take a picture of something everyday.
What would I do if I could try something new for 30 days? I would write a poem every day. I would do this so I could get my thoughts and feelings out on paper. It would be challenging for me to do this because I don't write a lot of poetry, but I think it will be good for me. I will know that I can do anything if I just put my mind to it and focus on doing it. I think that I would feel a lot better if I got my thoughts on paper. I think that if I would do this it would open me up to do new things and not care what people think. So, this is what my 30 day challenge would be.
Good challenge .I really could not do it do to the fact that I myself do not like poetry. I like to read poetry but never wright it.
If I had to try something new for 30 days it would be to not eat sugar. That would be a really hard challenge but not impossible. If everyone did this challenge we would be so much healthier! This is probably one of the hardest challenges just because almost everything has sugar or transfers to it! You would really had to watch every little thing you put in your mouth. It would be hard but I bet anyone could do it if they tried. If you took everything out of your pantry or fridge that had sugar in it, you wouldn't be around it so much. That's why I would choose to not eat sugar for 30 days.
I agree with you that it would be really hard to give up sugar. Also that everyone would be a lot healthier if everyone just gave up sugar. Almost everything has sugar in it anymore so you would have to be very careful what you put in your mouth. If people just tried and set their mind to it they could give up sugar. If I did this challenge it would be very difficult but I think I could do it.
I think it would be really hard. I agree it´s possible though. Everyone would be a lot healthier. You made a really good point. Nice job!
If I was to do a 30 day challenge I would travel to a bunch of different countries.I would do this because I like to go to a new place and I like to explore different things. I would also like to do this because I have always wanted to go to Europe and I would probably go there first .Also one more thing I would try to do for the next 30 days is I would run 4 miles everyday for the next 30 days because I want to lose weight and I want to run more because I like to run when I get the chance.
If I was to try something new for 30 days I would travel the world. The reason why I would do this is to see other customs around the world. The first place I would go is Australia because I would want to go on a Australian outback adventure. The second place I would go is Africa. I would go and try to fight hunger. Then I would go to China. I would go on a fishing trip with my favorite TV crew from the show alien sharks.
That's cool that you would travel the world. I think it would be cool to go to Australia. That would be cool to go on a fishing trip.
If I were to try something new for 30 days what would it be? Well I would probably pick something on the lines of being more grateful to people I care about. When I get something from somebody in my family I feel like I don't say thank you enough. To my family I probably say it enough but to me it feels as if I haven't said it at all. No matter if that person is part of my family or not I still don't use manners as much as I should be. I would also cut down on being lazy. After track I come home a sit around. Sitting around doesn't really do anything if you ask me. So that is also something I would like to change. I will most likely start working on those two things.
I agree Olivia. I would love to be more grateful. I don't think I'll be able too. Have fun on trying to do that!
If I was to try something for 30 days it would be to run a mile every day. If I ran I mile everyday I would be fit and healthy. Being fit is better than being a couch potato that sits around eating chips and playing video games. Think of all the things you can do compared to a couch potato. And I am definitely up for the challenge starting today I am going to run a mile every single day.
I think that is good how you will run. I think you should run a little more because a mile is nothing. It will take you like five minutes to run a mile. So you should run like 3 miles or at least 2 miles. But that is cool how you want to run.
I would try to go to a MLB game for 30 days. So that I can learn about baseball. It will make me feel like I´m more towards baseball then I ever was. It would be a lot of money for these baseball games but I will get a lot out of them. Learning more pitches to throw how to hit solid hits. I will learn to do my best in this sport and try to make my team better. Doing this challenge will make my life better as well as give the company more money. Baseball is a great sport and doing this challenge will give me the chance to meet players in the MLB.
I would like to go to an MLB game every day to. That would be a lot of fun. think of how many foul balls you could get. Good job.
This is great! I agree that it would be super fun. It would also be a great learning experience.
If I were to try something new for 30 days I think I would try to bike to school for thirty days. Why? Because it would mean more exercise, more leg muscle and a stronger mindset. Because if I repeatedly keep doing stuff to work out maybe it will stick. If it doesn't it doesn't but at least I will do it for 30 days and that's a task I put for myself.
I like how you put this. I think it's a good idea to bike to school for 30 days. You do get lots of exercise, that's the part that counts. That'd be hard, but I like how you're up for a challenge. Good job Trenton.
That is a good idea and I might try it. I think that would be awesome and fun to do.
I think for thirty day I would try and run at least four miles a day. I would split it up so I wouldn't do it all at once I could do probably two in the morning and two at night. So by the time the thirty days were over I would have ran one hundred and twenty miles altogether, then I would limit myself to fifteen minutes a day on my iPad, and last but certainly not least I would go to church for thirty days straight and not give that up for the rest of my life .
I think that is smart I would want to run a couple miles a day. You would stay in shape. When you do sports it will be easier to do because you are in shape and fit. I think yous should try it and see what the outcome is. Limiting yourself to only a certain amount on your Ipad is good to. Good Job!
If I were to try something new for 30 days it would probably be to stay of my phone while I am with family. I always am on my phone texting friends or just on Instagram while my family is hanging out. I think that it would be so much more "family time" if I were to stay off. I think most people my age do the same thing because we love to stay on the internet no matter what or where were at. My sisters do it to but my dad doesn't really care because he is on his. I have tried doing this before and it didn't work so if I were to try again hopefully I would stick with it for 30 days. I think that limiting my time on my phone is good because spending time with friends and family is better than being lazy. I love to stay up to date on things happening with all my friends but it can probably wait.
Good job Elle. You had a couple errors but that's okay. I agree with you on so many levels. I also have a hard time putting my phone down but sticking to that challenge would be something I would be willing to try!
I don't think that I would be able to do it! I also think that there would be more family time. I feel like 30 days is a lot, especially without my phone. We all like to stay up to date on things. (We probably all check Instagram like every 5 minutes) I think that it would be fun to try it, but I know I wouldn't be able to do it.
If I could commit to a challenge for 30 days I would travel to a new place everyday. I would get to learn about so much! I would learn about others cultures, and how they live. I would go to a new place everyday. I would fill a suitcase with souvenirs. I would ride on a plane to get over the fear that I have. I would soon grow used to travailing and most likely want to stay home with my family and friends And that's perfectly fine.Although I would also want to travel more, that would be the challenge I would choose.
If I could try something new for 30 days I would try and hunt every day. Hunting is something that I really enjoy and I am pretty good at it. I usually hunt my rifle and my shotgun. I would like to try shooting things with my bow. It is more of a challenge with a bow. With a gun it like if you miss you are the worst shot in the world. With a bow you miss a lot and its not a kill every time. With a bow you have to take time and sight the sights in and buy all the accessories for it.
I would take the challenge to do something new for 30 days. I think it would be fun and it can change you point of view of certain things in your life. I mean with new things you do you can make history. You never know you could end up being famous just by take a risk in that moment of your life. Like I would try to hike a certain mountain in a certain amount of time. I would do it just for fun. Maybe I could set a record you never know. Life is weird and things you don't expect to happen might happen.
If I had to try something new for 30 days what would it be? It would probably be having no sugar or not eating out. Sugar is in like almost everything so I guess I would have to eat nothing for 30 days. Eating out would be hard for me because every night of the week at my house none of us are all home at the same time so we go get food when we feel like it a lot of the time. I know I could not go 30 days without either of those things because after a while eating the same things gets really old. I couldn´t even eat a piece of gum without failing my challenge. So if I had to make 30 day challenge that´s what I would mine would be.
NICE! This is a well written article! I like the way you take it into serious thought. It will be interesting to see you try! GOOD LUCK BETTY!
If I had to do somethings new for 30 days I think I would be going on a ten minute run everyday. I think that it would be pretty easy if I could just keep a good pace and be healthy. The reason I would want to do this is because my lungs would get stronger and then it would probably end up becoming a habit. For one I would get faster, two my leg muscles would get stronger, and three it's a good way to stay active and keep moving. So if it benefits you that well then I don't see why you shouldn't do it. On the 31st day I would probably just go on a run again because it would be a habit. Also as the days go by it wouldn't be as hard to keep going for long amounts of time. So as the days go by the time would go up.
I think yours was really good to run 10 minutes each day . I would probably die but that is okay. Great job!
I think running 10 minutes a day is good. It might make you stringer i don't know. I always run for like 5 min a day. This just made me think i should run 10 mins a day at my own pace. Great job! Jada you did great.
I would definitely take the challenge of doing something new for 30 days. If I did something new for thirty days, I would probably choose to spend the day with someone I have never meet before. Everyday for thirty days, I would spend the day with someone new. We could not like each other and want to leave, but we could also have the best time of our life and become best friends. So everyday I would meet one new person. I could gain 30 enemies or I could gain 30 more people that I couldn't live without. I never thought that I could do something like this, but now that I have heard of the 30 Day Challenge, I think that it is possible to try something new, and even better, keep trying it for thirty days. I don't think that I would be able to do that with school and all, but I hope that one day I will be able to do this. So yes, there is no doubt in my mind that I would accept this challenge.
Yes! I like your 30 day challenge! I think it would be fun to try this challenge.
I like that challenge you chose I would be a nice experience to spend a day with a person idk about besides it would be nice to get to know that person and their personality.
If i could pick something to do for 30 days It would be to shoot trap . I only get to shoot trap on Wednesdays and Saturday. I want to shoot trap everyday no matter what my score is. My family won't like it because of reloading shells. I think it might be fun though to see how much my score improves. Most of the time i have good scores but this could be a way to get better scores. Although some days i don't . So that is why i want to do for 30 days straight.
If I was to try something new for 30 days it would be spent not using my phone. I am always on my phone and I wonder what it would be like to not have it for 30 days. Thinking about 30 days is a lot. Honestly I don't know if I would be able to do it. I don't know what I would do without it. Do I accept the challenge well that's hard, I don't think I do. I can't give up my phone. What if I'm with my friends and we don't have a phone and we need to call 911 or something?
I could not do this challenge at all because I can´t even go like a day without my phone. Everybody now is always on their phone and never communicates face to face anymore and it´s bad. I think we should not use our phones all of the time and try to talk face to face.
I would accept the challenge to do something different for 30 days. I would do it to see what else there is to do in the world, like climbing a mountain.I bet you there is a hundred million different things to do in the world. You got the Earth to travel around and see Asia, Europe, ect. The video of Matt Cutts is a really good point. One place I really want to visit is the smallest church in the world, in Ireland. I would also visit the Holy See is like the smallest place on Earth.
If I were to do something for 30 days, I'd try going without caffeine. I drink pop a lot, more than I should. I think the challenge would treat me good. I would drink water, juice, and lemonade. I'd be really healthy after the 30 days. I would be more happy, awake, and alert throughout the day. I think it'd be hard, but everyone should be up for a challenge every now and then. I think I can go without caffeine. That is my 30 day challenge.
Good Elizabeth. Caffeine can be bad for you even though it is good. You are right everyone can do a challenge every now and then, and this would be a good start.
Good. I think i might try that to.
stay in school is what i would do. mostly because there's only a month left, but also because I kinda maybe have to(Rick do i have to? oh oh okay.)I have to.
If I were to try something new for 30 days what would it be? Well I would choose to talk to friends or family. I would do this because I don't get the chance to always hang out with my cousins especially when we barely see get to talk when we are around. My family usually doesn't have everyone there. I would also try to get along with my brother. I would try this because we are always auguring over something every day. My brother and I also have to try every day but it never works with us. That is what I wold try for 30 days.
Talking to friends and family is always a good thing. Especially when you don't see them often. Family is to be cherished and loved. It's also a good thing that you want to get along with Jaden. You both fight lots, but family is everything. Besides it's easier to tell them what to do when they like you. I'm just kiddding...not really. We always deserve to be loved, especially by close ones.
If i were to try something new for 30 days it would be being nice to my siblings. My life is very stressful having to deal with 6 siblings they are all brats and all I hear from them is whining. I would consider this a big challenge for me since i'm usually not nice to the creatures I call siblings. Why would I try to be nice to them ? it's because my mom says I need to not act like my dad all the time so why not try to be nice. I mean they kinda do deserve some respect even though they give me a headache and whine all the time. So this is what I might try to do for 30 days to pass time.
I agree Caroline. I think that that would be a very nice 30 day challenge. I can't believe that you have to deal with six siblings, I only have to deal with one.. thankfully. It's funny that you call your siblings creatures. I also agree with you when you said they deserve respect, you are right everyone deserves respect.
If I had to choose to do something for 30 days, I would choose to and from school everyday. I chose this because I need more exercise. My everyday after school routine right now is get home, sit on the couch, and watch Netflix. The second reason is I need to be outside more. I would like to enjoy fresh air, but I don't have the time. TV is my life, and it take up my time. I want to walk to and from school everyday for 30 days because I want to be active also. That is my challenge and my reasons.
If I had to go with or without something for 30 days I would practice my dances everyday for 30 days. I have tried very hard for many years 11 to be able to dance with the high school dancers and be on the competition team but I know I don't practice enough . If this was a challenge I would would accept it for sure I would practice all of them maybe even after recital . I always forget my dances after recitals are over and I stop practicing and all I have are the dead flowers and dance costumes. I would do this everyday for 30 days for sure ! It's fun and enjoyable for me to do dance.
That is a good idea Hailee. Practicing will make you better and will have a good outcome. Dance is so fun and I should practice more too. I forget my dances after recital too but that would be cool if we could remember them and do them sometimes! Nice job, I really like your idea.
Good job Hailee! You're a great dancer no matter what, but you are right. Practice is always good. It makes you stronger. I think you'll do great on this challenge. Way to go!
I am going to eat breakfast every day for the next 30 days. I never eat breakfast.. ever. I just do not really have time in the morning. I can never find anything to eat, and I just never feel hungry. Mrs. Conner got mad at me in FCS everyday because I never ate breakfast. I will try and eat breakfast for the next 30 days, and hopefully it leads on for awhile.
That's a good challenge! I don't eat breakfast either unless school has something good. Eating breakfast in the morning would probably help during school even though you do good anyways!
I think that's a good challenge. It is a healthy one too. I bet you could do it. I take that back you can do it.
I would not drink pop for thirty days. I would only drink water and milk. That may not be hard for some people but it is for me. I would love to do that and it would be way better for my teeth. Plus my mom always say that I should drink less pop. That is my thirty day day challenge.
That is a good challenge Damon. I would do that too, but I don't want to. I sometimes don't drink pop just because we ran out or I didn't want any. I think you could probably do that. I'm guessing you forgot to say that you can drink juice too.
If I were to try something new everyday for 30 days I would take the time to talk to different people I don't usually talk to and get to know them. I think this challenge would be really fun. I could be able to know some people more and get them to be my friend. I think lots of people would like this challenge. It's fun and you get to know more people you never knew. If I ever try this challenge I would try to enjoy it even if the person I'm talking to isn't enjoying it. If I partly knew everyone in my grade personally that would be awesome. You could say hi to them without it being weird and you could talk to them without it being weird either. I'm going to try this challenge out, and see how it goes.
If I could do something for 30 days it would probably be to workout for an hour or two everyday. Everyday I come home I will Run for 30 minutes and then lift weights for another 30 minutes. If I can do this for 30 days I am gonna try to do it for the rest of my life. This will make me better at a lot of stuff including sports. I hope I can complete this task.
Thats one thing I would do is run. It will honestly make life more active and fun. Working out is a really good thing to do for life. I already know you complete the task kaden, your athletic dude.
If I were to do a 30 day challenge I would go without caffeine. I don't think this would be that hard but I think if I do it for a least 60 days I think I could go without it for the rest of my life. I also think this would be hard though because mainly the only time I drink caffeine would be when we go out to eat. I know I can do this and it will only benefit me. I will also make my life a whole lot easier. So what I'm going to do is go 30 days without caffeine. I pretty sure it will make a difference in my life.
If I could do something everyday for thirty days it would be to listen to different types of music everyday. If I don't like it I'll know that I don't and leave it alone. If I like it then I have a different type of music to listen to. I think it'd be a nice way to learn more about other cultures. I tend to like other cultures so this would be a great experience. I really think this would turn out quite well. Music is good and so it other cultures. I believe I would like this project very much.
Wow! I could not do that. I bet you can though. I mean you always do listen to different music. I believe you can. I also think it would be a fun and exciting challenge to take on.
That's a good challenge ... I think? :)
I think that would be really hard. But also would be really fun. And I agree with you I think it would be a fun way to learn new cultures. I think you would be able to do it easily.
If I could try something new for 30 days it would be to try to help someone every day. Like when you see someone in the street that dropped something and needs help picking it up. Or when some ones grocery bag breaks help them pick it up. When some ones hands are full you could get the door for them. If you see a homeless person on the side of the road you could give them a couple of bucks for their next meal. I saw this picture of a homeless guy with his dog in his lap on the side of the road. The guy had nothing but his best friend and his cloths. would you help that guy if you saw him just sitting there?
If there was something I would do for a 30 day challenge then I would probably go without sugar or caffeine for 30 days. I would also probably workout a lot to make sure that if I slip up then it wouldn't get to me. I would try not to eat any sugar or drink any caffeine or anything but it would be really hard. Especially with my family. They can't go a day without sugar. (Not naming any names Jacey.) My aunt has been going longer than 30 days with no sugar or caffeine but she has slipped up a bit. I would try really hard because if it's a goal then you're supposed to strive for it so that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to make a list of 30 day challenges and do them every month. A new one for every month. Doing this could make me a better person depending on what my challenges are and if I really strive for the goal of each one. I take on doing a 30 day challenge. What I'm going to do first though, might take some time to decide.
I like your 30 day challenge. That would be a good challenge to do. That would be cool to do a new challenge every month. It would be a good thing to try something new every month. My family wouldn't be able to go a month without sugar too.
I love this challenge and I would want to do this to be healthier and more active.I agree it would take time to get used to not having sweets but it would totally be worth it in the end. It won't be easy my family buys sweets every day because we go through them so fast.
Read a page of a book at night. If I did this I would get lots of points for the quarter. I would not have to read during study hall then. My grade would also go up. My teachers would be so proud of me. My mom and dad would be happy that I got a lot of A.R points. 30 pages may not sound like a lot but for me that is a good start. That is what I would do if I had to do something for 30 days strait.
Good post Kobe, I really think that would help a lot especially when Mrs. Snodgrass complains when we dont get all of out A.R. Points.
Good post, but I think you should read more than 1 a day for 30 days. Also,I think your teachers would tell you to read more than that (Mrs.Snodgrass).You can get a lot done at study hall instead of reading so that is a plus.
If I had a 30 day challenge, I would choose to drink a bottle of water everyday. I tend to find myself drinking pop a lot. I think if I drank a bottle of water everyday, I would have more energy throughout the day. It's always nice to stay hydrated because you know if you don't you could have something bad happen. It's always refreshing to drink water. Even though it may not taste like anything, it feels good as it goes down your throat after a run. If I had the choice to drink water or pop it would obviously be pop because I mean who wouldn't, but I need to start choosing water more often if it is an option. Water is a good healthy choice and a refreshing one too.
If I were to try something new for thirty days I would try to only drink soda once a day. I always drink soda. It is probably the only drink I drink my meals other than juice. I always when I'm thirsty I go get some soda. If I try to drink only one soda a day, I could get used to drinking more juice or milk. Probably not milk though, I only drink that at breakfast. I would get less sugar in my body and become healthier. It may be fun to watch me try.
If I were to try something different for 30 days, I don't know what it would be. I wanna say that it would be to learn a new language. More specifically it would be French. It would be something new and intriguing. I like the way French words sound. It's so smooth and silky, the way that it rolls off their tongues. Learning to speak French would be amusing and daring. It'd give me something to do during my leisure. Plus, it's always a good idea to do something impeaching.
If I had a whole 30 day challenge.I would read for 15 mins every night. It is not a hard task but it is simple enough.I do it already so it would not be that hard to do.It will help me a lot.If I forget to do it I will read for 30 mins the next day.I could do 30 mins every day after the 2nd week. Then get higher and higher.
If I were to try something new for 30 days I would try to get spend more time with my family and do activities with them. We would get outside more and play board games together like a regular family would. We would sit down at the dining table and have a conversation about our day.I would like to spend more time with my sister before she goes off to college she might not want to but I will do it any ways. I would want to try being with my family and have some quality time together.
If I was to do something for 30 day it would do eat food. I eat a lot of fruit snack. The tasty ones they are like the smiley face one you can get at Walmart. Those are my favorite out of all. I eat two packs at school almost every day. It only cost me $1.50. You may think that is a lot but not really. Fruit snacks are life.
If I had to try something for 30 days I would not smile. I don't think that you guys never see me smile. But, if I actually did that I probably fail. I can't stop smiling for 3 seconds. I don't know what else to type. But, Kobe's new goal is to read a page for 30 days. So, good luck with that Kobe. Jordan you need to help me find a new challenge.
That video inspired me to make challenges for myself. Such as jogging at least one mile a day for a month. And finish at least two books a week for a month. Another challenge i might set for my self is to eat the least amount of sugar as possible.
I want to write a poem a day for 30 days. I think it would be fun. I've already started writing some so I can finish them. I want to finish them. I think this could also help me expand my vocabulary. I could help me see things from new eyes although I'd need a good ophthalmologist to see things through new eyes. An ophthalmologist is an eye doctor for the stupid people who don't know. I think writing poetry would help me see the world through new eyes. If I write enough poems I'll get really good at rhyming and be the best at freestyle ever.
Nice job Drew poetry is kind of legit. You could write your own Hamilton and learn about rhyming from it. I know that everything I've learned about rhyming, poetry, and history is from Hamilton. You've got to think of a legit rapper name though if you're going to write poetry. There are a lot of cool people who turn their poetry into a career, #LinManuelHamilton.
OK I know this is stupid but i would want to stop biting my nails.I bite my nails a lot and I don't know why. I am tired of getting hangnails and they hurt bad. Well honestly i don't think this will be very difficult but i do want to stop. That's my thirty day challenge I hope i can do it.
Actually I can't think of anything so lets just say not to talk during Mrs. Snodgrass's class. If this means anything I will also try to hold a conversation with my parents rather than having them say "how was your day and me replying with "good" and then leaving them to peace but they do kinda get a conversation from Crew and holy cow they definitely get a conversation from Jude. That is my little thirty day challenge.
If I was going to try something for 30 take a picture every day "journaling" that day. It's simple and simple is good. If I took a picture each day I could remember what I did. I think that if I took a picture every day I would maybe be a little happier. It's just a reminder of every thing that has happened. You can go back a reflect off of the bad days and be happy remembering the good ones. It would be cool to go back one day and just look at all the pictures of what you did. You could see how much you've changed and think about how different every thing is.
I think this is a great challenge for you to do. Journaling every day will remind you what you did that day. I know you will be good at this challenge because you love taking pictures. You will also be able to see how much you have changed. You could always keep a scrapbook up these memories also. Good job Aleyah.
My 30 day challenge would be to not drink pop. I think that I can do this because pop actually isn't that good to me. I also shouldn't have caffeine with my medical conditions. So in a way this would be helping me. Most of the time I only drink pop because its already in a can in the fridge. So I can just reach in there and pop it open. I'm determined to record how my body feels for the next thirty days. Maybe it will improve some of my fatigue.
I would except this challenge! I would read 3 pages in my book for 30 days. I never read my book at home at nights. I think it would be surprising if I read 3 pages out of a book in 30 days. It might be a little hard for because I don't like to read at all. I think I would surprise my mom, because she knows I don't like to read. Plus, I never bring my book home. I don't know if I can do this, but I'll definitely try!
Something I should do for 30 days is to eat no sugar. Even though I don't eat a lot of sugar, I think I can do it. I couldn't do it for a whole entire year I know that for a fact. In all of my food that I eat it has a lot of sugar so I don't know how this is going to go. Everyday I will try my hardest to try not to eat sugar in any of the foods that I eat. My parents are going to have me eat all the healthy foods and it is going to be nasty. Mom and Dad if your out there don't kill me with non sugary foods. 30 days just please go by fast because the 31 day it is going to be 2 boxes of chocolate doughnuts and 2 liters of Mountain Dew!
I agree with you but that would be really hard. Not having any sugar would be like having no life. Sugar is something that we all need unless you are a non sugar type of dude. Without sugar how are you going to run. How are you going to survive. You don´t.
Ty, how would you not eat a candy bar every day or a pop. I could name all kind of thing we could eat with no sugar, but those thing are nasty.
Wow Ty I really don't think you can complete this challenge but good luck, and just be sure to remember that those little scooby-doo snacks :3 you eat at lunch have some sugar in them. Instead of typing the actual number type them in words otherwise nice job.
My 30 day challenge would be to learn at least 10 different words in sign language for 30 days. I think it would be a good challenge because I would be challenging for myself and I would be learning something new. I already know my name and simple stuff like that but I want to learn how to talk fluently in sign language. think it would be fun to have a friend to learn with me so that I would have someone to talk to. I would have a lot of fun learning to use sign language with my sister so mabie I will ask her. It would be fun just sitting on the couch and talking to her without even saying anything. And my mom wouldn't know what we were saying it would be cool. I think I can finish the challenge in 30 days. I am determined.
That would be so cool! Not only learning sign language but becoming fluent in it would be really hard. You can do it though. I agree that it would be more fun to learn with some friends rather than by yourself. If not you would just be sitting in your room talking to yourself in sign! That would be funny though. I hope that you can accomplish this someday and get to confuse your mom! ;)
Doing something for thirty days sounds easy right. I am going to do at least one thing nice each day. Whether that is saying I like your shirt. Or it could be something more serious. So for the next 30 days I am trying something new.
I cant really think of anything at all. But Mrs. Snodgrass gave us a suggestion so I will just go with it. My thirty day challenge will be to read a certain number of pages. When I start doing this it is going to be hard. Why will it be hard? It will be hard because I DON"T like to read at all, unless I have a really good book. If I don't have a good book I usually fall asleep while i'm reading. I will TRY to do this challenge. Yes I accept this thirty-day challenge.
If I had to do something for 30 days I would not drink pop. I think it will be easier to not drink pop because ever since track started I found myself drinking more water, Gatorade, and milk. I wouldn't like to drink pop and have an upset stomach because I don't like that feeling. Drinking pop includes putting lots of sugar in your body and I think putting more sugar into your body isn't healthy. Pop isn't healthy for you so I don't think it would help me run in activities. Lots of people drink pop and they gain weight or they aren't as healthy. I think not drinking pop is going to be a good challenge. When I go out to eat I usually get lemonade so I think this challenge will be easy to accomplish.
I like your post Allie! Pop is not the healthiest thing for you, and it is not the best to drink at times. Cutting down on that would help a lot in a lot of situations.
I think this challenge would be a good challenge to try. I drink pop whenever I go out or if I'm at a party. Truthfully I don't think it will be that hard, but it will make a good impact. I might try this challenge on my own time. Also if you don't drink pop for 30 days you might not drink it as much in the future. I really like this challenge good job!
A 30 day challenge that I could do is read like 50 or 100 pages every night. Because that is something that could be simple enough. I could do and actually I like reading but I don't do a lot of it it has to be a good book. Otherwise I get bored with it and I don't want to read it like a couple weeks ago I was reading The Martian. I loved it is was such a good book. I think I could do the 100 pages that would be a good thing. That's what I would do for 30 day challenge.
That is a great challenge to do. It could help get done with books faster. You can get done with it and not have to do it. And all the good things you could learn from books. Also you could do what you need to do after if you do it quickly.
I think that is a good goal. I read at least 80 pages every night so I passed that challenge. The main thing about the goal thing is to get you to do some thing. I wish that there was the possibility of having your challenge be no school. I would do that.
What would I do if I had to try something new everyday? If I had to try something new everyday it would be to not drink coffee for 30 days straight. I think to take on that challenge would be very hard for me. I drink coffee about everyday of the week. If someone invited me to go to a coffee place, I would go but only get a muffin and maybe a smoothie and that would be very hard but I would do it. Whenever my mom goes to get coffee I will just sit in the car wishing I wouldn't have taken on the challenge, but at the same time it would be healthy for me. At the end of the challenge I would be proud of myself for completing the challenge, and I'm going to complete it. I would reward myself with a coffee drink. It would be so refreshing and delicious, and I would be so happy I get to drink coffee again.
That is so true! You like your coffee and if you were to give it up for thirty days, that would be a challenge. I bet you could do it though if you stuck through it. I don't drink coffee everyday but I know I drink too much for my age. I don't want to stunt my growth this early!
If I had to do something for 30 days is having more sibling time. Since my sister, Morgan Brown, is graduating this year I want to see her before college. My mom and dad try to have family day but we usually have homework, or they have to work. My little brother also, love to be with me any Morgan. He is in 2nd grade, so I want to spend time with him before he get to the point where he doesn't have time to. He is little and it is funny what runs though his mind. I love being with my siblings so my time with them will benefit all of us.
my 30 day challenge would be to conduct at least 3 or more science experiments each days. Then after that I'll do another challenge and practice 30 minutes or Japanese every day...
You must really like science! It's pretty interesting that you choose Japanese out of all the languages in the world... Both are good ideas though. That's very cool!
My 30 day challenge would be reading more books. I don't read that much. The book has to be Aa good book or I get bored really fast.
If I were to do a 30 day challenge, I would travel the world because I want to visit places that are world-famous. If I were to go to Italy, I would be strong enough to push the Leaning Tower of Pisa to normal. I could visit New York City to take pictures of the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, Times Square, and the Brooklyn Bridge. And I can go to Los Angeles, California to take more pictures of the Hollywood sign, the Los Angeles Chinese theater, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Echo Park.
If I could add something to do for 30 days straight nonstop I would play 18 holes of golf every day no matter how sunburnt I got. The reason I would do that is because I love to play golf and I'm not the best golfer out there so it would be good for a little more practice.
I would probably put in 25 minutes of studying because then I wouldn't think about eating the ice cream out of the fridge, instead i'll be like "hey I got some studying to do after track". Killing two birds with one stone. Diet and School. I like this 30 day challenge.
If I were to accept the 30 day challenge I would draw one or more pictures every day. The thing about this is that it had to be my favorite moment of the day or had to be my current feelings. For example I could draw a funny moment or draw a sleeping cat for my emotion. That's what I would do for 30 days.
If I did the 30 day challenge, I would try and not use data for 30 days. When I need to look something up, I would just wait till I have wifi and wish that I could look it up. I am really bad about using data, so I think if I can give it up for 30 days, there would be more talking. I also would make my mom and dad proud because I am the one who always goes over. I believe I can do it, and maybe after I do it, I can feel more self confident and have more interaction time with my friends and family.
If I was going to add or subtract anything for 30 days I would go on a walk or run everyday and do it different every time so that I could explore new and exciting places. I would be happier because this would be my time just to my self to relax away from all the stress of life. I would explore what is around me more and see nature and maybe even find really cool stuff that I would not have found if I wasn't there exploring.
If i had to do something for 30 days it would be to run 2 miles each day for 30 days. Not counting track. Like going home and running 2 miles each day for the next thirty for the next track meets and to do better at out final meet.
If i did the 30 day challenge it would be to ride my bike to school, even if it ment i had to wake up at 6:30 every morning to get to school on time. Rideing my bike to school every morning as its advantages, like being more healthier, and geting warmed up before school started. But it has its disadvantages: gym bag, and computer bag; i would have to carry those to bags plus soemtimes my back pack. That would b difficult! :) ;D
If I were to take part in this 30 day challenge, I'd make sure to give compliments to at least 10 people each day. That's 300 people that I could put a smile on their face. I would do this because not only will it make others happy, but it would make me happy, too. When I make someone feel good about themselves, it makes me feel good about myself, also. Everyone needs a smile to cheer them up.
If I were to try something new for 30 days, I would try to eat healthier because let's just say I am not the healthiest eater you've ever seen. I would cut back on candy, junk food, and soda, and try to eat at least one salad each day. Instead of soda, I would drink water even though I hate drinking water because I don't like the taste of it. I would also eat vegetables with this amazing dip my grandma makes. I think it would help me because I would feel more energetic and less tired.
This is very accurate. I think trying to cut back on junk food is a mature thing to do. Vegetables are good they are better than you would think. Soda is good every once and a while but water is good for you. I think you did a good job explaining what you would want to do.
I think it would be a great idea to eat healthy, it would keep your energy up and help you stay fit truthfully everyone should eat healthy it would help a lot!
Hmmm....If I were to do something for 30 days, it would be doing one nice thing each day. I would do this because I think that it just takes one act of random kindness at a time, to change the world. It could be opening the door for someone, helping them with a problem, or even just talking to them about how the day is going. Just small things every day. This can change the way we live by treating everyone around us the way we want to be treated.
If I were to do the 30 day challenge I would take a picture of something every single day. Why? Because then I could go back and look at those pictures, and see what I did those days. Also, those 30 days would be so much more memorable. I would also do it because it would push me to be more adventurous and to go explore, because I would want pictures of things that aren't just my house and school everyday. For example, instead of getting a picture of the T.V, I could get a picture of maybe a snake on the road, because I went on a walk that day. Then I would remember that day, and I would remember my reaction to seeing the snake, and it would become memorable.
If I had to add or subtract something I would add is more time with my family. The reason I say that is I like to get out and hang out with my friends and or I have some sport thing or I a stay in my room and listen to music and text friends. The person I want to spend the most time with would be Katrina because we live in different states the cause of that is college. Its about 5 to 6 hours from where I live to where she lives.
i would try to get out and do more different things like shoot more hoops run more and try to study for test for about 30 minutes a day.
What would i do for thirty days would be to play more basketball. Why? My answer is I am not the greatest at basketball out of all the sports and I would like to improve on It so that maybe I would be able to start on our junior high varsity team.Another reason Is If people work on their skills more often they might be able to beat someone in a game that they have maybe not beaten .
Would I take a thirty day challenge. Hmmmm... YES. I would take on the challenge of don't buy anything(that is tangible) new for a month. I would do this because I always buy stuff I don't need like say I see a new video game I will always most likely do anything to get it.
To be honest, I tend to buy stuff I don't need or use too. I should probably do that for a full year. Just being honest.
My thoughts are that school should be cancelled today. I hate school. I hope that someday we will figure out why school is so important.I wonder if I could make a speech about that. Thank you!!!!!!
Does anyone know what those things from the Gremlins called?
My 30 day challenge is read like 50 or 100 pages every night. Because I can get more points to get a better grade. I sometimes don't read enough at nights. I like reading it is fun when you have a good book in front of you. Otherwise I get bored with it and I don't want to read it like a couple weeks ago I was reading The Martian. I loved it is was such a good book. I think I could do the 100 pages that would be a good thing..........
If my doctor walked in the door and she had two nose rings, and three lip rings. At first I would be a little surprised.Just because she had a lot of rings doesn't mean she's a bad person. She would properly ask me questions like any doctor would. She would probably smile and be nice. She would be as normal as any doctor is. And probably be very kind. We would go on as life was and it would be a good day
